In the interest of preserving the serene and pristine alpine environment of our home's neighborhood and in consideration of it's year-round residents, indoor or outdoor parties of any kind, including but not limited to bachelor parties, reunion parties, birthday parties, graduation parties, wedding receptions, etc., are absolutely PROHIBITED. While most of our guests find these requirements understandable and reasonable, if you believe adhering to these requirements would impede the quality of your stay, then kindly consider an alternate, more accommodating vacation property within the Tahoe basin.  Thank you!!!
